Seriously how good is MAkhaya Ntini 10-145!! He deservingly got man of the match!!
Full credit to AB as well. Glad Steyn did very well too he got 5 wickets in the second innings:)
Btw congrats to Dizzy on his double ton! Wooo Dizzy rocks! Highest score ever by a nightwatchman. How about elevating him up the order. |

Aagh easter holidays are ending go back on tuesday and exams coming up:( hmmm don't wanna study.
And what's up with the Saffies, i mean they had NZ like 89-6 and now they like lead by 51. but gotta admit Oram and Vettori were awesome! Aww bless Oram! he got so emotional after he had reached his century. it looked like he was crying on Vettori's shoulder.
Anyways the Saffy team and especially Smithy better bat well in the second innings or i won't be a happy bunny!

Martyn has shown everyone what a class player he is. Wickets falling around him and he not being phased by all this and has remained calm throughout. 93 not out!! Waiting for his century tomorrow! But still i want the SA boys to win. Ntini striking with the ball and putting the game in the balance. Don't know what's gonna happen tomorrow but hope Sa can pull off a victory.

Now what a game that was!!! Bloody hell that was the best game i have ever seen in the whole of cricket history!!! When the Aussies posted that huge score of 434-4 i bet all of us were ofcourse like no way SA are gonna win. But i'm sooooooo glad the guys proved us all wrong. The Saffies rock!!! Well done boys, i'm so proud of them!! Herschelle, endless praise goes to him!! His innings was so extragavant! My Smithy did very well too 90 off 50:D would have really liked to have seen him get a century though! Boucher rocked seeing the SA guys home! |

Damien back in test whites!!:D He's such a class player! I knew those selectors would call him back! I'm so glad they realized that Marto should be in the test team. He really does strengthen the middle order. No one times the ball as sweetly as he does! Marto's a legend! Pup also back:D Would love to see the Marto/Pup partnership back in business! But i have to say i'm quite surprise about Kaspa getting the nod ahead of Jason Gillespie. Dizzy's had such a great pura cup season. And yeh Taits back too! |

I'm so proud of the Saffies. What a day it has been for them! Bowled the aussies out for 93!:o They won by 196 runs! Ntini's bowling was incredible! 6-22, his career best odi figures. Kemp was outstandin 51 from 41 balls!
So hope the South Africa can win this series! Can't wait for next match on Sunday!

Day 3- Hoggard struck like mad! he got a 5 wicket haul which was a deserving reward from his fabulous bowling. India fought back as Mohammed Kaif and anil kumble made a steady partnership of 128 but late wickets had given England the edge. Harmison broke the partnership by getting Kumble's wicket and with the last ball of the day, Monty Panesar bowled in Kaif with a superb delivery. india still trail by 71 runs. |

DAy 1- England 246-7 hmmm not looking good. Go Alastair though, congrats to him for making 60 on his debut. A very promising youngster!!

Day 2- A miracle had happened and that miracle's name was Paul Collingwood lol. England wouldn't have even dreamed to get to 393! But Colly's maiden ton got them out a big hole. Congrats to Colly!:D He was fabulous! Also many thanks to Hoggard, Harmi and Panesar for hanging in there with Colly. He has seriously staked his claim for a permenant place in the test side.

India's innings: They made a very good start in reply to England's innings. Even though Hoggard got Sehwag out for 2, Captain Rahul Dravid and Jaffer shared a solid partnership which yet has to be broken. India are 136-1 at stumps. |

Woohoo! why am i so happy? Errrm maybe because Smithy hit a ton! Lol it started raining just when Graeme was on 98 not out but the umpires let him get to his 100 and then immediately after that they came off. Anyways yaym me very happy!:D It was a fabulous captains knock! he was just amazing. He hit 119 not out from 124 deliveries. the joy on his face when he got to his ton couldn't have been sweeter. Awww so happy for him. So glad he's back into form.
AB De Villiers was great too he hit 43 from like 30 odd balls. he's in good form which is great! He had a great day in the field too, what a catch to get rid of Clarkey and saved a lot of runs too.

Wooo go Smith baby he so roxs!! 89 not out! from 58 balls! So hopefully that will shut up some of his critics for now! Kepler wessels was commentating lol he didn't really comment on Smith. haha he knows that what he said was a whole lot of crap lol Smith seems to run pretty fast between the wickets like he always does.
Anyways so glad to see AB De Villiers!:D YAY more of him to come. Shame he didn't get to bat.

the partnership between Hogg and Brett was fabulous though they nearly just snatched the game away from the proteas. Brett's amazing he just never gives up. With his batting heroics but again just lost by 2 runs. But ofcourse this wasn't as hurtful as the loss in the ashes at edgbaston.
Overall fab game. can't wait for the 1st odi on Sunday, oh yeh and both captains aren't going to use supersubs.

Watched the finals of the ATP tour last night and to my delight Murray won!! But i have to admit even though Murray beat Roddick in the semi finals, i thought nah he couldn't beat Hewitt as well could he? But the teenage sensation played magnificently! The results were 2-6, 6-1, 7-6.
Murray beat Lleyton Hewitt in a deciding set tie-break to win the SAP Open in San Jose, his first ATP Tour title:D
Murray took the tiebreak 7-3. he ended the match with an awesome crosscourt backhand. Lol the next minute he like jumped into the crowd to kiss his girlfriend. Awww that was so sweet!
Felt for Hewitt though, he did play excellent at first but then in the second set his serve was not good at all. But then in the 3rd set he managed to hang on and save the match points. But then the tie break was pretty much one sided. Proud of Murray, he's like broken into the top 50 now. he's not far off becoming the british no.1.:)

Woooo, the Aussies won the Vb series. well that was inevitable. Go Gilly what an innings, his performance was breathtaking! 100 of 67 balls. Phoaar! He was on fire! Deserved the motm award by all means! But not to forget Katich he made a beautiful maiden ton. So happy for him, he finally got that century!! Symonds ofcourse he gets the man of the series award and why wouldn't he the guy hit a superb 151 in the 2nd final and made a few 50's in the qualifying matches. He also takes wickets when needed most and not to forget his fielding as well! God knows how many runs he has saved and how many runouts he's done. Well anyways congrats to Ricky and his men! :)

Broke up for halfterm yesterday and was so looking forward to this 1 week break. But stupid me is ill! I have the worsest cold ever! When i talk no one understands me and i sound like a dude lol! Also have a headache and pains all over! Feel like crap right now! I was also meant to be going out with my friends today to watch Final destination 3 in the cinemas but now i can't bummer. I'm too ill to go:( But instead my friends are coming over to cheer me up. Love them!:)
Also can't wait for the cricket tommorrow, it's gonna be so damn interesting!! Go the Aussies!! |

Today was like so boring. HAd to do like a 4 hour bio practical on potatoes and osmosis. Staring at potatoes in solution for 4 bloody hours, Yess so not amusing! I finished it but our teacher expects us to come in one day during a week holiday we have, which starts this friday (yayY!) so that we can discuss our assigment based on that practical (boooo!) And above all days we he wants us to come on valentines day. No way am i spending my day with him! |

I just can't believe it SA lost. They were going so well, don't know what happened! They restricted Srilanka to 257 which seemed like a chaseable target for SA. But then their supersub struck, Bandara got to admit though he was pretty amazing. I'm so disappointed in SA!! This is just great, just when Smith finds some form with the bat they bloody lose!! Don't know what else to say. I'm too upset to even comment anymore:( So i'll leave it there for now. |

Congratulations to Ricky he deserved the Ab medal without a doubt!:D Warney got test player of the year and Hussey got odi player of the year.
All the cricketers and their partners looked stunning and gorgeous. Mel Gilchrist is really pretty her and Gilly make the most sweetest couple! Marto was gorgeous as ever *sigh* and Clarkey cute as ever!:D Missed Glenn though:( Hope Jane makes a speedy recovery and i'm sure she will she's overcome it, she has done twice before and definetly will again. She is strong especially when she has such a loving husband that is always by her side. My prayers are with them!
Awww Warney came with his daughter Brooke, she is so adorable!
